Can't see Program / issue/ Risk created by other user #120
Description
We have three user with Plan 3 activated. Each one of us can access the app, see all projects, if we add features to project meta data (e.g health etc..) we all can see the update. However, when one of us add the Issue or Risk, or crate Program, other two can't see the same. Really can't find any breakthru on this.
