[Visual Studio] Cannot Start Despite Manual Installation of teamsapptester.exe

After following the instruction (https://github.com/OfficeDev/microsoft-365-agents-toolkit/wiki/Available-actions-in-Teams-Toolkit#how-to-install-teams-app-test-tool-for-visual-studio), I already install the teamsapptester.exe to C:\Users\<username>\.fx\bin\testToolBinary folder but when I start with Visual Studio the output dialog show me this error:

Failed to install Microsoft 365 Agents Playground, reason: Unable to validate Microsoft 365 Agents Playground after installation. Failed to run command: ""C:\Users\<User>\.fx\bin\testToolBinary\tmp-1e5d0f\teamsapptester.exe" --version", code: "1",
output: "", error: "'"C:\Users\<User>\.fx\bin\testToolBinary\tmp-1e5d0f\teamsapptester.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

It always try to get the exe file in the tmp- + random string (that reset every time I start) folder.
Please help me.

Hi @Slimaeus , we have updated the wiki, please try the path C:\Users\<username>\.fx\bin\testToolBinary\{version} and see whether it works.

BTW, could you help providing detailed installation error of teamsapptester, which guides you to this wiki?

So this is what happen:
When I initially ran my Visual Studio solution for the Microsoft Teams Chat Command app without installing any test tool packages, I encountered the error 'Failed to install Microsoft 365 Agents Playground...' then I click to Learn more on the tooltip shown in the image below.

I tried following the wiki's instructions to download the binary file and place it in the specified location (without a version number), but the error persisted.
