[Outlook] (event-based activation) Add note about flight code deployment (#5001)
* Update autolaunch-store-options.md I noticed that my listing was approved, but the flight code request got missed. It wasn't missed it just takes some hours for it to propagate. This was confusing initially. * Apply suggestion from review --------- Co-authored-by: Sam Ramon <[email protected]>
