Outlook add-in renders wrong

Our add-in renders wrongly due to "too long name". The container width gets too wide due to it so the add-in is not fully visible.

Your Environment

• Platform : Office on the web,PC desktop
• Host: Outlook
• Office version number: Web, Not sure about desktop version
• Operating System: Mac, Windows
• Browser (if using Office on the web): Chrome

Expected behavior

The title should not extend the width of container.

Current behavior

The title extends width of the container

Steps to reproduce

1. Change DisplayName of the add-in to be 40+ characters
2. Open add-in

Only happens to users that have copilot in their outlook.

Users can't use the add-in.

Hey @lukabelopetarobin , we are planning to use truncated add-in name as part of a new feature and show the full name on hover, so what you are experiencing is an expected scenario for now for more characters add-in name.

@megharai1302 +1 to this issue.
But it's being truncated while focused on a regular email message.

However it's broken while being focused on the event. Looks like a bug for me.

@megharai1302 We found a workaround for our case but this is still kinda poor experience. Our customer were unable to use add-in due to this change. Keep in mind that your customers that don't use paid version of copilot don't have this issue while the ones that pay do.

We've submitted new manifest with shorter name and got rid of the problem.
