Switching back to a Microsoft account doesn't bring back my add-ins

I'm in Excel, signed in into account A. I have one or more office-js add-ins installed.
I switch to account B. I do some work. I switch back to account A. My add-ins are sometimes no longer installed.

Expected behavior

I expect to see my ribbon contain the buttons belonging to my installed add-ins

Current behavior

Sometimes, installed add-ins disappear

4. I switch back to account A.
5. My add-ins are sometimes no longer installed.

Same with Outlook addins. Teams Tab addins work correctly. They stay pinned. Outlook task pane disappears when switching accounts.
