Provide required information needed to triage your issue
I'm in Excel, signed in into account A. I have one or more office-js add-ins installed.
I switch to account B. I do some work. I switch back to account A. My add-ins are sometimes no longer installed.

- Office version number: Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2602 Build 16.0.19725.20126) 64-bit
- Operating System: Win 11
- Browser (if using Office on the web): NA
Expected behavior
I expect to see my ribbon contain the buttons belonging to my installed add-ins
Current behavior
Sometimes, installed add-ins disappear
Steps to reproduce
- I'm in Excel, signed in into account A. I have one or more office-js add-ins installed.
- I switch to account B.
- I do some work.
- I switch back to account A.
- My add-ins are sometimes no longer installed.
