initialization of plugin is running into exception during startup of OctoPrint 1.9.3 with Python 3.10.13

Describe the bug
Plugin is not shown under plugin list, because it is running in to error during initialization of the plugins.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'PluginManager'
2. Install plugin
3. Installation ends successfull, but shows Unknown installed on pop up

Expected behavior
Successfully installation and shown in the PluginManager after Restart of server.

Did the same happen when all other 3rd party plugins are disabled?
I have tested the installation on a completly fresh created OctoPrint_Docker instance.

I am using OctoPrint in Docker environment.
Used image is the official octoprint/octoprint.
