[feature] Update this lib to e16/e17 #5

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since epsilon 16 (and 17), a lot of things have changed :
- there are multiple platform_info header in the flash
- there are more info to get from the calculator
- there is now a app storage section
- the apps need to be relinked (like zardam's ones)
Describe the solution you'd like
Update the lib ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I'll try to do it myself soon :p (so this is a todo list)
