How to create an appendix

I have file chapters/appendix.dj:

# Appendix

This is an appendix.

but it doesn't appear if I try adding it to my book's .silm file:

content:
  chapters: 
    - chapters/texture_color_quant.dj
  appendices: 
    - chapters/appendix.dj

If I add it as a regular chapter, it does appear in the PDF:

content:
 chapters: 
   - chapters/texture_color_quant.dj
   - chapters/appendix.dj

As a workaround, I can trigger \appendix manually by editing appendix.dj to look like this:

`\appendix`{=sile}

# Appendix

This is an appendix.

and I get the expected result (with the appendix included like a regular chapter):

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm using it wrong.

Clearly a bug.

• It works in books with "parts" level
• The ugly if/elseif/else code in the silm inputter could be simplified, but anyway it forgets that case ^^
