Blast API shutting down after Oct 31

Hey, [Blast API](https://blastapi.io/) is shutting down after Oct 31, 2025, so the endpoints may stop working.

I would suggest updating mentions in [this file](https://github.com/OmniBTC/OmniSwap/blob/main/ethereum/brownie-config.yaml#L877) with an alternative RPC provider like [Chainstack](https://chainstack.com).
