Test log spammed with STANDARD_ERROR messages #131
Description
When running the regtests, the test report spammed with STANDARD_ERROR messages.
It looks like this is caused by outputting RPC errors, even though in these particular cases, the errors are expected in the tests.

A solution could be to set the debug category from SEVERE to DEBUG, but given that these RPC errors are indeed errors, I'm not sure, if this is the best solution.
