ondlse- lens cant load on freecad snap

The addon wont start,
installed with addon manager.
Python dependencies... showing no additonal python packages have been installed.

Allso tried from FC console:
import addonmanager_dependency_installer
depsInstaller = addonmanager_dependency_installer.DependencyInstaller([],['pyjwt','requests','tzlocal'],[])
depsInstaller._install_python_packages()

Result
