release of onsdel-solver #85
Description
Currently the onsdel-solver is used as a submodue in freecad. But as the freecad-build runs into memory/storage limitation of the azur-piplines (which are used to build the conda-packages) I would like to create a own package of the onsdel-solver. For this it would be nice to have a release of the onsdel solver. So, if possible, set a version and create a release.
Also it would be nice to know how to test this library.
