[Bug]: Packages/com.onesignal.unity.android/Editor/Migration has no meta file

What happened?

After updating the SDK to 5.1.13, I'm seeing 2 errors in the Editor:

Asset Packages/com.onesignal.unity.android/Editor/Migration has no meta file, but it's in an immutable folder. The asset will be ignored.

Asset Packages/com.onesignal.unity.android/Editor/Migration/MigrateAndroidResources.cs has no meta file, but it's in an immutable folder. The asset will be ignored.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Update OneSignal Unity SDK - Android/iOS/Core to 5.1.13.
2. Open the Console in Unity Editor.

What did you expect to happen?

No errors
