Live QA submission

During the presentation prior to ending allow live q+a option to enable larger groups, multi-room, digital conference and users with disabilities resources to better be involved if a Q&A is offered at a presentation.

We should offer participants the option to submit questions during the presentation and have the presenter answer them just before the presentation is scheduled to end.
