Writing topic idea: Explain how debugging probes work in embedded

In #7 (comment), @amanda-onevariable pointed out that I don't really fully explain how debug probes work in embedded development. That's outside the scope of PR #7 a bit, but might be a topic to expand on some day. This would likely be useful to explain for embedded newcomers.
