Improvements for RetroAchievement Users

Hi. I love what you have done to Mini Miyoo. I have been using your UI and congratulations, it is amazing.

I was wondering if some changes could be implemented to make life easier for those who like RetroAchievements. Is it possible to:

1 - Change the default core for a system using a User Interface. Some cores do not support RetroAchievements, and it is not ideal to change text files.

2 - Enable Hardcore Mode individually for some games. So I can use the automatically reload save state feature with some games, and play Hardcore Mode with others.

3 - Save config for individual games. So I can save (and automatically load) settings like Hardcore Mode, change button layout, etc, without changing it for all games.

1, 2, and 3 are available to RetroArch on other platforms, so I think it may be feasible.
