Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

Keep Aspect Ratio has incorrect ratio on CSPS1, 2 and 3. It goes to a more widescreen format. Turning aspect ratio off for these appears better as it stretches to full 4:3.

In most other cores, keep aspect ratio is correct and turning it off gives worse results, stretching a more square SNES or GB screen to 4:3.

As such there is no one setting that works best.

Steps to Reproduce

Toggle Keep Aspect Ratio.
