Feature Request: Add Command parameters

Describe the new functionality
Add (optional?) parameters to the create-cookie command:

• button-text parameter: takes a short text that goes onto the button when it is created
• message-text parameter: takes a short text with a symbol like [COUNT] that replaces the current message text

This seems like a reasonable feature. The issue will close when it's implemented, however we're currently focusing on #3 before working on any other command related features. That issue is important because it means quite a lot in terms of maintainability and developer convenience. Rest assured, it's on our top priority right now.
