Setting enable relations #1827

This is a feature request for the GUI. Currently, the only possible way of conditionally allowing a setting to be changed is “here's a list of setting/value combinations, disable this setting when any of them are used”. However, there are several potential features (such as allowing Closed Forest to be compatible with adult start if some forms of ER are active or logic is off, or allowing Triforce pieces as conditions for the rainbow bridge) which would benefit from what's effectively the opposite: “enable this setting when any of these setting/value combinations are selected”. For example, the “Triforce Count per World” setting could be enabled by the Triforce Hunt toggle, but also by either the Rainbow Bridge or Ganon's boss key being set to Triforce pieces.

If a setting has both enable and disable relations, the disable relations should have priority.
