Misc hints not working with random starting items.

The Ganondorf and Dampe Diary misc hints seem to not work correctly in combination with random starting items. Starting with light arrows should read "You'll never find my light arrows in links pocket" as it does if you manually select starting with light arrows. The dampe diary misc hint also does not work if light arrows are randomly chosen as your starting item.

My guess is that random starting items are not stored in effective_starting_items for the misc hints building function
