Maybe I am doing something wrong but whenever I try to load the vt for a great plains pl5800 it loads to 100% and then agisovirtualterminal just closes.

May I ask you to install one of the newer builds and try again with the "Save IOP data before parsing" enabled?

With that build it was able to open when set to version 2 or older.

If you set it to VT3 or newer is it still crashing?

Oookay so not it does not crashing, but drops the connection.
Just to double check: with the 1.4.0 the application crashed (exited) regardless of the VT version.

Correct, it would crash (exit) on any VT version I tried

Hmm, I was not aware that the Great Plains control system is made by Dickey John.

I have not seen any strange in the logs, just the fact that the Create preferred assignment is not being answered.
