Issue with issuing document to the document store

Hi, I have been trying to run this command

open-attestation document-store issue --network ropsten --address <my document store addr> --hash <my merkle root>

However, I have gotten either one of these 2 errors (at random)

Which is weird because I have >2.8ETH on the ropsten network in my wallet.

I have only randomly succeeded once in issuing the document after multiple attempts.

Does anyone know what I can do to solve this issue? Thanks in advance!

Additionally, is it possible to use a custom API key (e.g. from etherscan) via CLI?

hi, thanks for opening the issue, did you supply your own private key to the command?
open-attestation document-store issue --address <DOCUMENT_STORE_ADDRESS> --hash <HASH> [options]

note the additional options vargs

to your next question, which command are you looking at to supply a custom API key?
