[feature-request] Add support for the TI-CGT-CLANG toolchain

Could you please add support for the TI-CGT-CLANG toolchain to the toolbox? This will be required by CMSIS’s CoreValidation to enable support for the TI Clang toolchain.
Let me know if more details are needed.
