[Feature Request]: User documentation for pyOCD integration

### Description

pyOCD and CMSIS-Toolbox now work together.  However we need a better user documentation that explains:

 - how to obtain packs, add algorithms, memory etc.
 - configuration for Zephyr and Image only projects
