[Feature Request]: "Stop Debug" should stop all cores

Description

CMSIS-Debugger 1.3.0

When running this application DualCore.zip with

• "Load & Debug application"
  • Run
• In Debug View execute "cm33_core1 CMSIS_DAP@pyOCD (attach)"

All works smooth.

But once you stop with the Toolbar "Stop Running", you get this message

Unfortunately the debugger reacts than with a series of error messages.

Propose Solution

I would be nice if all debugger connections could be closed with the "Stop Running" feature.

Hope is this further mitigated by fixing eclipse-cdt-cloud/cdt-gdb-adapter#446 (ToDo: issue related but warning: Exception condition detected on fd part needs to go into separate GDB Adapter issue). This should initiate an automatic disconnect leaving only a single error. Then get further improved with #690.
