Pro Rata %

We noticed that OCF has a numerical field for pro rata. We propose including both (i) a boolean toggle for pro rata rights and then (ii) a separate optional numerical field for pro rata %. If only the toggle is checked but the % field is empty, the system dynamically calculates the pro rata % based on the ownership % that security represents when the subsequent equity round closes, but the numerical pro rata % field will override that calculation if filled in, for uses cases where a SAFE or note specifies a fixed pro rata % (e.g. YC SAFEs).
