Provide an approach to tracking Topo_Shape after using ShapeFix_Shape

Description

I have an old faceA in shapeOld which has face index 17(for example)
After using ShapeFix_Shape to fix the shapeOld,then it will be "converted" into shapeNew
And in the same time the faceA has beed converted into faceX, here I know that the faces won't be "merged" in 2D
User has neither identity mapping and index mapping between faceA and faceX

Benefits

Faciliate the Topo_Shape tracking by either identity mapping or index mapping before/after shape fxing.
