computations on lower resolutions: width/height parameter

DevSeed and Sinergise both introduced a width/height parameter to load_collection, which is not ideal for portability. GEE has such a parameter in the file formats. VITO uses resample_spatial. How can we solve such issues where native resolution is not required?

isn't load_collection + subsequent resample_spatial the currently recommended approach?
Any background why DevSeed and Sinergise use a different approach? Because they want the target resolution immediately in the load_collection call?

Yes, they were simply not aware of the possibility to use parameters from resample_spatial in load_collection.
