Support OIDC client authorization_parameters

From the API v1.3.0 changelog:

• GET /credentials/oidc: Added authorization_parameters property to enforce specific parameters for the authorization endpoint #534

This should be read from the OIDC enpoint and be added to the authorization request in the client.
