No schema: Detect process graphs better

If you log in to a service that doesn't have a specific process with a callback and you try to edit it, it shows it as an object instead of as a model. This is confusing and could probably be avoided if we can detect that an object contains a process_graph property and default to theprocess-graph subtype.
