Server: Implement Knight Alliances #822
Description
Full Alliance support was not implemented in the leaked 1068 code. Alliance code must be reversed from the official idb files.
This issue is a placeholder and meant to track related/dependent changes.
To do:
- Implement CKnightsManager::KnightsAllianceRemove
- Uncomment usage in CKnightsManager::UpdateKnightsGrade
