Use aviso to trigger data download conversion jobs #43
Description
On the European Weather Cloud (EWC) one can use the aviso triggers to trigger the start of the download and conversion scripts.

On EWC the ecaccess triggers do not work such that they trigger a process on the local machine.
Therefore the triggering should be adaptable to the aviso system
