No latitute and longitude but UTM or postcode #16

I wonder why some rows exist where the UTM-code or the postcode exist but even though no latitude or longitude (very few just 0.7 % of the capacity).
As I understand you script you convert UTM coordinates to latitude and longitude, so there might be something wrong.
It is just a hint and not urgent at all.
