lon/lat columns seem to be corrupt for Germany's renewable power plants (2018-02-27)

**Some coordinates seem to be in the wrong order.**

**The output for max/min is:**
latitude between: 54.8745 and 5.98806
longitude between: 55.02013 and 5.82777

**Obsolete column?**
Furthermore, there is a new column `temp_energy_source` which I guess shouldn't be in the output file.
