What happened to the validation marker file?

I'm running the main notebook and I get an error saying

File b'input/validation_marker.csv' does not exist

Now this is true, it is true in the repository too, meaning the file is not needed anymore and I should remove this from the notebook?

yes, it is actually not needed any more. Where is the line/block that spits out the error?
