Renewable PP dataset (2018-03-08): CSV vs. SQLite - Data mismatch

I compared the CSV and SQLite data (DE only) of the latest release (2018-03-08) and stumbled across some inconsistencies:

• renewable_power_plants_DE.csv: 1727278 datasets
• renewable_power_plants.sqlite (renewable_power_plants_de): 1657218 datasets, some types/technologies seem to be missing copared to CSV, e.g. Storages and Photovoltaics ground. Also, the number of plants which are included in both sources differ.

Could you please add a note / reference to this issue/bug to the release notes and fix it in the upcoming release?
