Description
using the data we have to generate wikipedia pages that are valid stub pages. following the best practices and correct reliable sources and external links policy. the various websites including the ICE site, global detention project and inmate trackers, as well as openstreetmap links.
the overall idea, taking the scraper data collected (probably from a store in XSLX file already run) then it would generate solid wikipedia stubs.
