OSM enrich results no longer give 'way' urls #42

i missed which commit this happened but OSM results are only of this format now https://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=41.5824944&mlon=-81.2034066&zoom=15 except for the south louisiana ice processing center which is a relation. https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2616192
generally in OSM world ways are not considered to be permalinks but they are definitely the selector for results. a test i ran on sept 20 did not have this effect going on so it must have occurred recently.
the latitude and longitude also changed - something in the algo going on.
on the plus side i think breaking OSM enrich into its own file makes it easier to keep tabs on these things.
