Description
set up a diffing system using pandas https://pandas.pydata.org/ to read the files, so that they can be compared. (eg as detention numbers change, as new facilities are brought online, and so on.) . the different XLSX files can be compared using command line options, and create a nicely colored diff display for what is new, and so on.
this could also be used for example on a weekly basis to see if the wikipedia posts have been improved.
