Open-Shell not showing up as an option in Explorer View Options #2387

Describe the bug
Latest Canary update of Windows 11 Pro seems to have completely removed the View Options pull-down menu.
However, using a Windows 10 view via StartAllBack, we were able to get the Options pull-down back. However, unfortunately, Open-Shell-Menu is no longer listed there, as it has always been in the past.

To reproduce
Open Explorer. Expecting the usual Open-Shell-Menu bar to be available.
