Please Help, I uninstalled Open Shell

Describe the bug

I uninstalled open shell and now my screen is blank. I want to go back to the way my PC was. Please can somebody help me?

To reproduce

1. I went onto apps in the menu
2. I pressed uninstall on open shell

Expected behavior

I expected it to uninstall with no issues.

4.4.170

Windows version

Windows 10 22H2
