Describe the bug

I havebeen using Classic Shell through the Open Shell transition for many, many years, and I love it. Ever since I installed Windows 11 there has been an issue with slecting a custom start button. When I click on the "pick image" option, nothing happens at all. This has been ongoing with all of the Windows 11 versions as well as the Open Shell versions. I currently have Open Shell 4.4.196 installed. I currently have Windows 11 build 25h2 installed. I believe this is a bug that might need some attention.

To reproduce

Right click on Start Menu
Select Settings
Click on "Replace Start button"
Click on "Custom"
Click on "Pikck image"

Expected behavior

I expected a pop up windows explorer window to appear where I could maneuver to where the Start Button images are located.
