Evaluate new Dummy candidate for AI and create concept for AI dummy?

Question: Would that be a potential base for an AI Dummy?
As AI has a different setup, a dummy would not just be a clone of one Github-repository, but the dummy would need to be more sophisticated.
How could that be implemented?
