[FEAT] Integration tests run over radio instead of UART

In #40 we added the ability to command the PROVES kit over radio. Our integration tests should simulate as close to real use as possible by running the tests over radio.

The current method to set this up manually is to use a computer with two boards plugged in. A v5d running FPrime and a v5b running the CircuitPython passthrough. The v5b board will create two tty connections, run the gds against the second tty connection.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a guide to set up manual radio based communication
• Update the self-hosted runner guide
• Automated integration tests run against the flight control board via radio

Thanks for starting a ticket on this Nate! Some prelim thoughts from my end:

• This integration test setup probably should also have a hardware spec attached to it. As mentioned in my last review of Radio (LoRa) Integration #40
• Although we currently are using a V5b as the receiver, it is a little expensive to do so. A cheaper alternative would be to use a Adafruit Feather (like how Starch is testing at home) with the Adafruit Radio Wing or the PROVES Ground Station Board (whenever that is finished lol)
• I think a shotgun way to run this "over the air" integration test could be to just open a new GDS session to the radio board (rather than the flight controller board under test) and then run the exact same integration tests again, just with longer waits for the data to come back over the radio link.
• We may eventually want to setup a separate action that we can manually trigger to simulate a ground station pass. Exciting stuff!

When I find a little more time I can sketch some stuff out here, perhaps make a flow chart!
