Radio Agregator/Splitter Consistancy

**V5d and Main (with aggregator and splitter) **

Opening the GDS through the radio

The Zephyr Code after I send a bunch of commands and telemetry is not being consistently updated

What we recieve after the next packet (just one event)

When the comdelay is set to 2, does constant streaming, but still one command at a time

If the GDS is opened on the FPrime Zephyr device:

In addition, telemetry is updated every second as expected

The commands are going through to the board, but not back, which implies a non-updated gds. Trying ot update

Running

git clone https://github.com/nasa/fprime-gds.git
cd fprime-gds
git checkout devel

and then
pip install -e .

and then you need to regenerate and rebuild

Also tried the same as aboce but with

**V5c and Main (with aggregator and splitter) **

With the C, the events do not show up in the Zephyr at all. This is after sending many no op commands, when the v5d updated right away

Same with the presplittler code
