This PR implements @TheSilentDefender's board definition with minor naming changes and the addition of an
led0node to keep compatibility with the led/watchdog component merged in #2 and #3.This should open up all components that Madhav has implemented so far to be referenced in this repo.
Testing:
I have generated and built, verified that the watchdog blinker is blinking and the GDS is green.
