Crash when trying to import SBML model

SBML model 00002-sbml-l3v1.xml (part of the MoBi test suite!) could be imported in 11.3

It crashes in 12.2 with the following error message (and after clicking "Close" in the error message window, MoBi crashes completely and disappears):
