notary CLI should display successful startup status after entering password

when running opentxs-notary from cli, after entering the master OT password, there is no response.  looks like the password is wrong or process is hung.  Actually (as I just found out) its working ;)

Print something to console to say "Notary ID: blah Running" or the like.
