Wrong coordinates in PointsOfInterest.xml ?

The coordinates in OATControl/PointsOfInterest.xml are quite different to the coordinates published on wikipedia and other astronomy apps (I checked SkyTonight). Is there a reason for this?

Here are two examples:

Polaris:
OATControl/PointsOfInterest.xml: RA="02:58:51" DEC="89:21:13
Wikipedia (and other astronomy apps): RA="02:31:49" DEC="89:15:51"

M42:
OATControl: RA="05:36:18" DEC="-5:22:44"
Wikipedia: RA="05:35:17" DEC="-5:23:28"
