hashtable ： lru cache
blackwidow：storage

write command：先写 blackwidow，如果对应的 key 在内存中不存在，则直接退出；如果内存中存在，则更新内存缓存；
read command：先读 cache，命中则退出; 内存 cache 没有则到 blackwidow 读取，然后回写内存 cache，但是 scan/range 之类的命令除外，不回写内存缓存;
